Mentha Piperita is highly anti-inflammatory, which aids in reducing muscular aches and pains. It intensifies the effect of other essential oils, as well as helping rid the body of mental exhaustion and headache. Arnica Montana is a perennial plant native to the mountainous regions of Europe. The pharmacological value of the arnica flowers has been used for centuries in the Mediterranean to externally relieve aches and pains associated with sprains, strains, swelling and rheumatoid arthritis. Lavender is a natural analgesic, used since ancient times, for its healing properties in relieving muscle spasms, sprains, cramps and rheumatic pain. Black Pepper and Vertiver are naturally analgesic, as well as stimulants to the skin’s circulation allowing for better absorption of our therapeutic oil combination. Rosemary & Eucalyptus temporarily relieve muscle pains caused by rheumatism, sciatica and arthritis.

Do not apply to open wounds. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Test on small area of forearm for allergies. Stop use if redness or irritation occurs. If pregnant or breast-feeding as a health professional before use. Tub may become slippery. Keep out of reach of children under the age of 12.
In case of accidental ingestion, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
Therapeutic Hot/Cold Pack
Sweet Thymes Therapeutic Pack can be used hot or cold, in conjunction with Stop the Pain topical relief or just by itself, to help relieve aches and pains.
To use HOT: Place in your microwave oven on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes (depending on your microwave oven, your times will vary). If your microwave does not have a turntable, you must turn the pack over halfway through the heating cycle to prevent warm spots. DO NOT OVERHEAT! The pack will stay hot for 30 minutes or more.
To use COLD: Seal in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for one hour. The pack will stay cold for about 30 minutes.
To clean you pack: Unzip the Velcro closure on the outside cover and slip it off the inner bag. Zip the Velcro closed and machine wash the outside cover in warm water. Machine Dry. Only the outside cover is washable. DO NOT WASH the inside pack or its contents will turn to mush!
